Capacity is booked rather than estimated. If a slot is unavailable for your date we say so at quotation, which is less pleasant than a hopeful yes and considerably more useful.
At high-traffic locations the design of the machine counts as much as the service: a replaceable module shortens the intervention and puts the terminal back in service the same day.
